Shipping

• We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more within Puerto Rico and the United States. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Exchanges

• We offer a 7-day exchange policy, beginning on the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with proof of purchase.
• Please note: Due to the delicate nature of the material, Giorgiarei Murano Glass Rings are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our exclusive Original Roll-On® Bracelets (including Friendship, Mommy & Me, and Birthstone styles) are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. If your bracelet becomes damaged due to normal wear, we will gladly replace it.

While our other beautiful items—including Murano Glass Rings, Statement Singles, Necklaces, and Earrings—are not covered under this warranty, we are always here to help. Reach out to our Customer Care team for third-party repair coordination for non-warranty items.
