Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more within Puerto Rico and the United States.
Orders under $100 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
In rare cases, if an item is temporarily unavailable or we are awaiting the arrival of inventory, processing times may be extended. In those situations, orders are typically shipped within 7 business days, and customers will be notified if a significant delay is expected.

Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
