Roll-On® Bracelet Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to the Original Roll-On® Bracelets.
If your Original Roll-On® Bracelet becomes damaged due to normal wear, we will gladly replace it. If the original style is no longer available, we will provide a comparable Original Roll-On® Bracelet of similar value.

Customers are responsible for shipping the bracelet to us. Replacement shipping charges may apply.
Products Not Covered by the Lifetime Warranty
The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products other than the Original Roll-On® Bracelet collection, including but not limited to:
- Statement Singles (including Silver, Brass, and Gold-Tone Bracelets)
- Necklaces
- Earrings
- Anklets
- Keychains
- Giorgiarei Murano Glass Rings
The Lifetime Warranty does apply to eligible Roll-On® Bracelet styles, including:
- Original Roll-On® Bracelets
- Friendship Bracelets
- Mommy & Me Sets
- Birthstone Bracelets
These items are handcrafted using the same Roll-On® construction and are covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
Products not covered by the Lifetime Warranty may be eligible for repair services when available. Repair fees, shipping charges, and third-party service costs may apply.
Ceci & Sofi reserves the right to modify this policy and to approve, limit, or deny warranty claims at its discretion.
