Refund policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Original proof of purchase must be provided.
• Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different style, color, or size (subject to availability), or for another item of equal value.
• Giorgiarei Murano Glass Rings are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–10 business days for your exchange request to be reviewed and processed once the item is received.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, high-volume periods, inventory replenishment, or when payment verification is required by the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

If an exchanged item is temporarily unavailable, additional time may be required for inventory replenishment. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Ceci & Sofi, including purchases made through our website and our kiosk located in San Patricio Plaza, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
