Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item (based on the delivery date) to request a return for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original condition. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can easily request a self-serve return by logging into your account. Alternatively, you can contact us at hi@ceciysofi.com.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (If the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Giorgiarei Murano Glass Rings are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges & Processing Time

Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different style, color, or size (subject to availability), or for another item of equal value.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your exchange request to be reviewed and processed once the returned item is received by us. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, high-volume periods, inventory replenishment, or when payment verification is required by your financial institution or payment provider.

If an exchanged item is temporarily unavailable, additional time may be required for inventory replenishment. You will be notified of any significant delays.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original condition, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Applicability

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Ceci & Sofi, including purchases made through our website and our kiosk located in San Patricio Plaza, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
