Jewelry Repairs
While our Original Roll-On® Bracelets are covered by a Lifetime Warranty, other jewelry items are not covered by a warranty.
If your jewelry has been damaged, please contact us at hi@ceciysofi.com and include:
- A clear photo of the item
- A brief description of the damage
- Proof of purchase, if available
Once reviewed, we will determine whether the item may be eligible for repair through one of our local repair partners.
Repair Fees
Repair services are not guaranteed and are subject to the nature and extent of the damage.
If a repair is possible, the customer will be responsible for all repair costs, shipping charges, and any related service fees. An estimate will be provided before any work is authorized.
Repair fees vary depending on the item and the complexity of the repair.

Repairs are performed by independent third-party jewelry repair professionals. While we are happy to help coordinate the process, Ceci & Sofi is not responsible for repair outcomes, timelines, or any additional damage that may occur during the repair process.
Customers will be notified of available options before any repair work begins.
